eTwinning project “G.E.T. GREEN: Growing Environment Together Green” (Erasmus+ mobility from Italy)

The "G.E.T. Green" project aims to raise students' awareness of environmental sustainability and European values through creative and collaborative learning. Students will work together before, during, and after Erasmus+ mobility projects in Portugal and Turkey, using eTwinning as a digital space for connection and reflection. Through interactive activities, ecological challenges, and digital storytelling, students will explore how small actions can make a big difference for our planet and for a more equal and united Europe. During their mobility projects, they will participate in workshops and cultural experiences focused on environmental protection, inclusion, and cooperation. After the exchanges, the results (posters, ebooks, and digital diaries) will be shared on eTwinning to promote European citizenship, respect for diversity, and active participation.

Aims: Promote environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility towards the planet; Strengthen European values: cooperation, respect, inclusion, and solidarity; Develop linguistic, digital, and social skills through international experiences; Stimulate creativity, critical thinking, and active participation in school and community life; Build a bridge between the Erasmus+ experience and eTwinning collaboration, fostering continuity and reflection; Improve communicative skills in English language.

Work Process

  • Phase 1 – Before the mobility (January - February 2026)
    Theme: Getting to know each other, introducing sustainability issues and European values.
  • Phase 2 – During mobility in Portugal (March 2026)
    Theme: Inclusion and Cooperation for a Sustainable Europe with CLIL (Music, Science, Geography, Citizenship).
  • Phase 3 – During mobility in Türkiye (April 2026)
    Theme: Nature, Art and a Sustainable Environment with CLIL (Music, Art, Geography, Media)
  • Phase 4 – After Mobility (May 2026)
    Theme: Reflect, share, and disseminate.

Expected Results:By the end of the project, students should have acquired European values, acceptance of diversity, respect for themselves and others, nature and the environment, and an understanding of the importance and consequences that the actions of each individual citizen have for the well-being of all.

eTwinning project “The Rhythm of Christmas”

The project aims to explore Christmas through the universal language of rhythm and music. Students from different European countries will collaborate to reinterpret Christmas sounds and melodies using body percussion, traditional and homemade instruments, digital tools, and creative activities. The goal is to experience Christmas not only as a cultural tradition, but also as an opportunity for dialogue, artistic expression, and international cooperation.

Aims: Discover Christmas traditions through rhythm and music; Encourage student creativity with body percussion, instruments, and digital tools; Promote cooperation between European schools in a festive and joyful atmosphere; Develop transversal skills: teamwork, digital creativity, intercultural awareness.

Work Process

  • October - To get to know each other in a fun and musical way, you will create a short "Musical Presentation" Video/Audio.
  • November - Starting with Rhythm - Body percussion activities: short videos with simple Christmas rhythms. Christmas Rhythm Challenge: One school proposes a rhythm, the others reproduce it or reinvent it.
  • December - Traditions and Music - Sharing local Christmas traditions: prepare handmade Christmas cards and exchange them between partners. Christmas Sound Postcards ”Digitize paper postcards. Performance of Christmas carols with traditional or homemade instruments. Christmas Soundscapes: record and share typical Christmas sounds (markets, bells, voices, laughter, street music).
  • January - Creating Together - Students collaborate to write simple Christmas lyrics or short verses in English (or in their own languages ​​with translations). These lyrics will later be combined with the rhythms and melodies already created in the project. Cultural exchange on "Christmas beyond the holiday" reflections on the values ​​of collaboration, peace, and respect.
  • February – Final Product and Dissemination - Joint final product: video collage/online performance "The Rhythm of Christmas". Reflections and final evaluation - Feedback

Expected Results: Increased awareness of European Christmas traditions. Development of musical creativity and performance skills. Improvement of digital skills through web tools. Strengthening intercultural collaboration and teamwork.

Building Bridges

Projeto Erasmus + Construindo Pontes - Building Bridges

A existência de um multiculturalismo crescente traz dificuldades no ensino do português e de outras áreas disciplinares, juntamente com a necessidade de integrar, respeitar e valorizar a língua e a cultura dos estudantes de países estrangeiros.

Este projeto permite-nos conhecer os sistemas educativos europeus, partilhar práticas em termos de integração e inclusão, estabelecer futuras parcerias internacionais e melhorar as competências de comunicação e a compreensão intercultural.

Objetivos

  • Promover o multiculturalismo e a consciência intercultural, incentivando a valorização da diversidade linguística e cultural na escola e na comunidade.
  • Estabelecimento de parcerias e desenvolvimento de projectos internacionais.

Impacto

  • Espera-se obter uma compreensão mais ampla das práticas, políticas e sistemas educacionais de diferentes países e conhecimento de novas metodologias/estratégias.
  • Serão produzidos materiais multilingues (dicionário digital) e planos de trabalho (sala de aula e atividades escolares) para promover o desenvolvimento académico, pessoal e social de todos os alunos e da comunidade, num contexto de respeito pela diversidade e valorização das diferentes línguas e culturas maternas.
